Qualifications

• Current CMA certification from an accredited certifying body.
• CPR certification preferred or to be obtained within 1 month.
• Valid Alabama driver’s license with ability to travel throughout the service area.
• One year of medical office, primary care, behavioral health, or integrated healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, BMI, and other health indicators.
• Assist in identifying unmet physical healthcare needs and coordinate with care teams.
• Perform venipuncture and CLIA-waived testing as allowed by policy.
• Monitor documentation, ensure care coordination across providers, and support transitions of care.
• Provide health education and assist with medication reconciliation and adherence monitoring.
• Complete required documentation within policy to reflect services and medical necessity.
