Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or equivalent.
• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in Arizona (ALBHP).
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused quality clinical services appropriate to model of care, clinic setting, and patient health and behavioral concerns.
• Utilize a variety of intervention and psychotherapeutic approaches with active development of behavioral change planning.
• Coordinate care with primary care and behavioral health teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records in compliance with HIPAA and documentation guidelines.
• Promote ongoing training, quality improvement, and staff development.
• Assist with patient referrals and community-based behavioral health coordination.
