Mass General Brigham is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Counselor to join Wentworth-Douglass Primary Care. The role supports an integrated care team, delivering brief, solution-focused behavioral health services.

The position offers 40 hours per week, with a hybrid model possible after onboarding, and typical daytime scheduling. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with licensure in preferred behavioral health disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy in primary care, in person or virtually.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams for ongoing coordination and warm handoffs.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning and resource referrals.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately eight 30-minute visits per day.
• Participate in case conferences, quality improvement, and team meetings.
