Qualifications

• Current Georgia licensure in one of the following: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in integrated primary care or PCBH model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief, focused behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
• Conduct assessments, counseling, and create treatment plans under PCBH model.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to coordinate care and referrals.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EMR.
• Respond to mental health emergencies and support patient safety.
• Supervise students and contribute to professional development.
