Job summary

Cayuga Health’s Behavioral Health Consultant role offers integrated care within a growing program. You will work with CMA’s primary care population to deliver rapid mental health assessments and brief interventions in a collaborative care setting.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Social Work or a Doctoral degree in psychology, and on-the-job training for PCBH/CoCM will be provided. Onsite schedule is typical weekday hours in Cortland, NY.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or doctoral degree in clinical/ counseling psychology.
• No minimum post-degree experience; on the job training will be offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid access to brief mental and behavioral health assessment and intervention.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and the integrated team.
• Work within PCBH and CoCM models to expand access to care.
