Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused clinical services including assessment, counseling, crisis management and coordination of care.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and related approaches.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborate with primary care teams.
• Engage in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing staff training to support integrated care.
