Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health
• Three years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Professional and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide focused clinical services including assessments, counseling, and care coordination.
• Utilize diverse psychotherapeutic approaches and collaborate with primary care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Provide on-site crisis assessment and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities.
