Job summary

St. Anthony Foundation is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide integrated behavioral health services within SAMC and Father Alfred Center settings in San Francisco.

The role emphasizes care coordination, treatment planning, and collaboration with primary care teams, with on-site coverage one day per week at FAC. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure in the State of California as an LCSW or LMFT.
• Background clearance by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health services within an integrated primary care team.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care across settings.
• Manage case load and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with FAC and SAMC teams to support guests in residential and clinic settings.
• Support mental health emergencies and uphold patient dignity and privacy.
