Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview clients requesting services (food pantry, clothing, disaster aid).
• Assess needs and provide emergency assistance or referrals.
• Stock pantry supplies and help unload/sort deliveries.
• Refer eligible clients to Pathway of Hope.
• Screen applicants for utility assistance and schedule interviews.
• Complete case files and daily stats within 24 hours.
• Prepare and submit monthly program reports.
• Enter client data into Service Point promptly.
• Assist with Christmas Bureau applications and data entry.
• Support back-to-school program logistics.
• Network with community groups for referrals.
• Contribute to program planning and trainings.
• Attend staff meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Represent the program at community events.
• Keep pantry and hallways clean and organized.
• Driving is a requirement for this position.
• All other duties as assigned.
