Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum one year in an office setting on a fast-paced team.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals via fax, telephone, or EMR systems and carry the patient from referral to admission
• Interact with physicians, case managers, and family to obtain required documentation for admission
• Communicate with marketing team to promote care/services to prospective patients and referral sources
• Plan activities and engage the community to grow visibility and patient base
