Arias Sanguinetti | Trial Lawyers, a trial and litigation firm in the Los Angeles area, seeks an Intake Assistant to be the first point of contact for individuals with potential legal matters. You will gather information across multiple channels, input data, and assist attorneys and staff with communications and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, customer service, or crisis counseling; legal exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales, customer service, and/or crisis counseling experience; prior legal experience preferred.
• Experience using Case Management software is required or preferred.
• Resourceful and motivated problem solver with a track record to meet goals.
• Caring, empathetic to clients in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, text, and in-person inquiries.
• Databasing and documenting medical records, emails, accident reports, and other materials.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with attorneys and staff; perform general administrative tasks.
