Yampaglia Law is actively seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the firm’s first point of contact for prospective clients. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct initial client screenings, gather case information, and schedule consultations with attorneys.

The role requires attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism to ensure a positive client experience and efficient onboarding of new matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service, client intake, legal support, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and referral requests.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather relevant client and case information.
• Assess prospective matters based on established firm guidelines and criteria.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys.
• Accurately enter and maintain client information within the firm's case management system.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding required documentation and case status.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and firm records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
• Monitor intake performance metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location)

Position Summary

Yampaglia Law is seeking a professional and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting initial client screenings, gathering case information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the intake process. This position plays a vital role in supporting client acquisition and helping the firm efficiently evaluate and onboard new matters.
