Job summary

Emerest Health of PA in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. You will conduct initial client intakes and coordinate home visits in Allegheny County and surrounding areas.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in home care or healthcare, Pennsylvania residency, a valid driver's license, and being 18 or older. You will help ensure high-quality care from the first contact with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in home care, healthcare, or client-focused settings.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to drive in coverage area.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
