Job summary

This on-site role requires 2+ years in home care or healthcare, Pennsylvania residency, a valid driver's license, and being 18 or older. You will help ensure high-quality care from the first contact with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in home care, healthcare, or client-focused settings.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to drive in coverage area.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intakes and comprehensive home assessments with clients and their families
• Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits
• Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits in clients' homes
• Assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency policies and standards
