Job summary

Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will listen with empathy, gather essential information, and determine if cases meet criteria for intake.

You will guide qualified clients through the sign-up process and document details in our case management system. This role focuses on helping injured people, using strong communication and sales skills in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for remote work on

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or legal intake preferred.
• Personal injury experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

What You'll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first impression of our firm by:

• Speaking with potential clients by phone, web chat, and online inquiries
• Listening with empathy while gathering important accident and injury information
• Evaluating whether cases meet our criteria
• Guiding qualified clients through the sign-up process
• Building confidence and trust in Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers
• Accurately documenting information in our case management system
• Scheduling attorney consultations when appropriate

Training & Schedule

Your first four months include a structured Monday-Friday training schedule (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to ensure you're set up for success.

After training, your regular schedule will be:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday & Sunday: Off

Eligible team members may have the opportunity to work remotely on select days based on performance and business needs.
