Valley Cities in Renton, WA seeks an Intake Services Supervisor to lead the intake team, ensuring adherence to SBIRT and integrated care practices. You will onboard new staff, deliver trainings, review procedures, and oversee timely intake assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
• Must possess and maintain Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per Washington State.
• Must pass all required background checks.

Responsabilités

• Onboard all new intake specialists to the intake Standards of Practice within their first 30 days of hire, including documented competency sign-off.
• Deliver refresher training on SBIRT, integrated care, and treatment-on-demand practices at least semiannually.
• Review and update intake standard operating procedures at least annually, and whenever state requirements change.
• Conduct quality review of completed intakes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Cover intake shifts as needed, completing intake assessments and finalizing documentation within agency timelines.
