• Deliver refresher training on SBIRT, integrated care, and treatment-on-demand practices at least semiannually.
• Review and update intake standard operating procedures at least annually, and whenever CCBHC or state requirements change.
• Conduct quality review of completed intakes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CCBHC, state, and agency requirements.
• Cover intake shifts as needed, completing intake assessments and finalizing documentation within agency timelines.

What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

• Onboard all new intake specialists to the intake Standards of Practice within their first 30 days of hire, including documented competency sign-off.
