Kline Galland Benaroya Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Home Health & Hospice Intake Manager (LPN or RN) to lead intake, referral, eligibility, and scheduling for our Home Health and Hospice programs.

The role oversees end-to-end referral/intake, ensures Medicare/Medicaid guidelines compliance, coordinates care transitions, and mentors the intake team for growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in healthcare, with home health experience.
• Supervisory experience in intake or scheduling.
• LPN or RN licensure required.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake and scheduling teams to ensure timely processing.
• Verify eligibility and insurance authorization under Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers.
• Coordinate patient referrals into systems and ensure smooth admissions.
• Lead process improvements and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with hospital discharge planners and physicians.
• Monitor KPIs like referrals and time-to-admission.
• Participate in Administrator On Call rotation.
