Our Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a savvy, polished, and productive Intake and Sales Specialist to connect with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves handling critical tasks to ensure clients feel welcomed and cared for. The specialist will work with our Customer Relationship Management system, Lawmatics, and collaborate with our Senior Intake Specialist to develop lead screening and qualification processes.
The position also requires answering the firm's main phone line from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., screening calls, transferring them appropriately, and gathering information from new or potential clients.
This role balances the art and technology of outstanding customer care, requiring empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical understanding of CRM systems. It plays an integral role in maintaining contact with potential clients and creating memorable experiences, with the firm poised for growth in 2025.
This is a full-time, remote position, requiring engagement five days per week, utilizing cloud-based software.
