Job summary

Pathway Law Firm. PC is seeking a client intake coordinator at our Beverly Hills corporate office. You will deliver empathetic client service, screen eligibility, and gather essential case details to support attorneys and staff.

R.S. bilingual Spanish/English is required; you’ll use case management and CRM tools, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records while delivering top-tier client experience.
