Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
• License from appropriate state: FL CAP, LP, LMFT or LMHC.
• Minimum 2 yrs experience in alcohol and drug counseling (for Counselor 2).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine program appropriateness.
• Manage applicant and family questions during pre-admission process.
• Complete accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Facilitate communication of patient information according to policies.
