You will drive data-driven decisions, manage external vendors, and ensure a seamless handoff to the legal team, contributing to the firm’s growth and client-centric reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in personal injury intake management with strong client conversion tactics.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop intake teams in empathy and client engagement.
• Strong data analysis skills and KPI development to drive decisions.
• Experience with Lead Docket, Filevine, or similar intake systems.
• Vendor management experience with lead-gen vendors and service providers.
• High integrity and ethics aligned with client trust.
• Background in personal injury or professional services with a focus on process leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to train staff and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire intake function and staff.
• Coach and develop team in empathy, engagement, and data capture.
• Design scalable intake processes to handle volume growth.
• Set and monitor KPIs to maximize conversion and efficiency.
• Manage vendors and monitor lead quality.
• Analyze intake data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop onboarding and training for new hires.
