Omega Law Group PC, located in West Hollywood, is seeking a Director of Intake to lead the firm’s intake department across Personal Injury, Employment, Elder Abuse, Mass Torts, and future areas. This on-site role requires building strong teams, setting performance standards, and driving data‑driven improvements.

The position emphasizes cross‑practice collaboration and market expansion strategies. The Director will own the intake funnel, establish KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate with Marketing

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in legal intake, law firm operations, sales, client acquisition, business development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience working in a law firm or legal services environment strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and oversee the Intake Department operations and performance.
• Oversee intake across multiple practice areas (Personal Injury, Employment, Elder Abuse, Mass Torts).
• Establish workflows, scripts, and qualification criteria for each practice area.
• Develop market expansion plans for new markets and locations.
• Own the intake funnel from lead to signed client and manage KPIs.
• Utilize data to forecast demand, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate lead quality and ROI.
• Maintain SOPs and quality control for intake processes.
• Oversee systems and data integrity across intake platforms.
