Job summary

Alcanza is seeking an Intake Specialist/Medical Receptionist at the Kansas City site. You will be the first point of contact for volunteers, greeting them warmly, guiding them through documents, and coordinating scheduling and CTMS data entry.

A strong customer service background and bilingual ability are valued. The role requires an associate degree with 3+ years’ relevant experience, plus capable multitasking and HIPAA-conscious handling of information.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with 3+ years in customer service/administration or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet volunteers and visitors as they arrive.
• Obtain/verify identification and upload into CTMS.
• Prepare and explain necessary documents for participants.
