Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a related field is required or demonstrated leadership roles within DCS.
• Experience with policy, procedures, and court-related processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and trains a unit of DCS staff.
• Reviews cases, assesses risk, and ensures safety and compliance.
• Develops schedules and conducts monthly performance discussions.
• Produces reports and resolves stakeholder inquiries.
• Oversees adherence to policies and procedures.
