Qualifications

• Experience in health care facilities preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and empathy in patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and referents and verifying demographics.
• Schedule appointments and process referrals and intakes.
• Collect insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Answer inbound calls and triage inquiries with accuracy.
• Coordinate with clinical staff on scheduling and patient needs.
• Maintain professional, positive first impression for all visitors.
• Educate patients on services and processes.
• Support site leadership to resolve patient concerns.
