ChildStrive is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator for the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program in Snohomish/King County. The role focuses on guiding families through Part C services, coordinating resources, and helping develop and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

Responsibilities include assisting families with rights and safeguards, and maintaining documentation in ESIT records, with outreach activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social services or early childhood or an A.A./B.S. in related field.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide families to navigate Early Support Services (Part C).
• Coordinate services and resources for children and families.
• Develop and review IFSPs with families and ensure rights and timelines are observed.
