Rytech Restoration is seeking a Client Services Intake and Dispatch Coordinator in Kennesaw, GA. You will be the first voice customers hear and the engine that keeps operations running, dispatching service requests to technicians and updating job records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming call queues and provide empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms.
• Accurately enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across systems.
• Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and milestones.
• Proactively follow up on assignments to address delays or missing information before issues arise.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and teammates throughout each job.
• Maintain organized documentation so the team has visibility.
