Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) is seeking an Intake & Data Specialist to support SSS operations. You will review and enter client data, maintain confidential files, and assist with data for grants and reporting.

The role includes coordinating volunteers, providing direct services on the 24/7 hotline, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across platforms. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required, with travel around 15% regionally.

Qualifications

• Experience with data collection and secure databases.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with hotline coverage is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Bilingual – Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter direct service data into the database.
• Maintain accurate client files and confidentiality.
• Support volunteer outreach, recruitment and training.
• Provide direct services during 24/7 hotline coverage.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting.
