Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking an Intake & Data Specialist to support the SSS Operations Manager by overseeing daily documentation and data entry for the SSS database. The role includes intake support, confidentiality reviews, and assisting with OVS filings, while coordinating volunteers and supporting the 24/7 crisis hotline.

The position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and involves roughly 15% regional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews all documentation for data entry to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enters direct service documentation into the database, including demographics and referrals.
• Maintains client information and case files with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinates volunteer recruitment, training, and coverage for the 24/7 hotline.
