Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) is seeking an Intake & Data Specialist to support SSS Operations. Responsibilities include reviewing documents for data entry, updating client information, and entering data into the database.

The role also covers initial client intake, confidentiality form review, and assisting with OVS filings. The position requires travel within the region and some evenings/weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data collection, entry and maintenance of secure databases.
• Comfort with hotline coverage, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA procedures.

Aufgaben

• Reviews all documentation for data entry to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enters direct service documentation into the database including demographic information and referrals.
• Updates client information including victimization status and releases of information.
• Assists in data preparation for grant reporting and applications.
• Trains staff on documentation, data entry processes and software updates.
• Monitors confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across platforms.
