VOA Northern California & Northern Nevada seeks a Program Intake Coordinator to support the Options Transitional Living team. You will coordinate client intake, referrals and clerical tasks for DHS, SABG and SLE programs, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

• Experience using Credible, HMIS and OneSite Leasing is preferred.
• SmartCare Certification is required; strong record-keeping skills valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork and independent work capability emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client intake and referrals and schedule in-person screenings.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and maintain client records in HMIS/credible.
• Enter data and manage documents in Credible, HMIS, and OneSite Leasing.
• Maintain files, order supplies, and support program staff and directors.
