Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in record keeping and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of issues related to homelessness and substance abuse.
• Experience in social service programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client intake and referral processes.
• Prepare monthly billing reports for the County.
• Maintain client records and databases.
• Perform clerical activities such as reception duties.
