Job summary

West Ohio Community Action Partnership (WOCAP) is seeking an Intake Specialist for the Celina Mercer-County site, with potential coverage at Auglaize or Allen County locations. The role runs 40 hours per week, 8-5, and focuses on processing client applications, maintaining confidential files, and accurate data submission.

-qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate degree preferred, and must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist and relate to a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, screening, reviewing, and processing applications for all agency programs.
• Ensure confidentiality for all client files and maintain organized documentation.
• Submit accurate, complete data to supervisor and required data programs.
