Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in a human services field.
• Must hold Texas LPHA-licensed independent license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LP psychologist).
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up services for individuals with chronic mental illness.
• Complete uniform assessments and recovery planning for services to meet needs.
• Coordinate with Crisis Center operations and document progress notes.
• Maintain fidelity to approved curricula across services.
• Complete recovery plans after intake and Level of Care decisions or when plans expire.
• Write clear progress notes using provided templates within 2 business days.
• Apply trauma-informed care practices in all interactions.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Encourage collaboration, healthy boundaries, and professional behavior within the team.
• Use company devices and maintain equipment per LifePath Systems policy.
