KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Program Coordinator to support the intake function in Cerritos, CA. You will coordinate documentation, meet payor requirements, and schedule across departments to ensure smooth operations.

This role blends operational rigor with project coordination, serving as a liaison to drive process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in operations, intake, or project coordination in healthcare.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and payor/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and update Intake SOPs reflecting current workflows and policy changes.
• Maintain and update payor handbook; track changes and translate to operational updates.
• Manage calendars and schedule intake-related meetings across departments.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Document intake process improvement initiatives and post-project evaluations.
• Act as liaison between intake staff and leadership for implementation.
• Review and distribute incoming faxes and intake docs to stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and payor requirements; propose solutions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
