• Conduct intake calls and gather patient, insurance, and clinical information
• Schedule and coordinate new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed
• Address patient questions, concerns, and barriers to accessing care
• Coordinate with physicians, clinical staff, and referring providers to facilitate patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation with the electronic health record system
• Track referral, scheduling, and clinic performance metrics
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and satisfaction

The Neuromodulation Division is leader in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other innovative neuromodulation therapies for mood disorders and chronic pain.
