Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an intake coordinator to support patient referrals in Lenexa. You will work with branch and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions to services and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in health care, customer service experience, and knowledge of Medicare guidelines for home health. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Must have two years of experience in the health care industry and one year in home health or pediatrics.
• Must have knowledge of Medicare guidelines that govern home health or hospice.
• Must possess a valid state driver license and reliable transportation.

• Coordinate patient referrals and act as a resource for referral sources.
• Collaborate with branch and sales teams to ensure coordination and transition to services.
