Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Van Nuys, CA seeks an Intake Coordinator to support onboarding of new clients, serving as the bridge between our Care Navigation team and local offices to ensure a seamless journey from referral to care.

You will verify insurance eligibility, complete intake documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with caregivers, health plans, and offices to deliver exceptional customer service in a hybrid, CA-based environment. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or Lumary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients from referral to office handoff.
• Complete intake docs, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain authorizations.
• Maintain accurate client records and upload required documents.
• Track assigned cases to ensure timely intake progress.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients from referral through handoff to the local office.
• Complete intake documentation, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and obtain authorizations for initial assessment services.
• Maintain accurate client records and upload required documentation.
• Track and manage assigned cases to ensure timely progress through the intake process.

• Meet department performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and company policies.
• Support departmental projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
