ClearVista Behavioral Hospital in Lorain, OH is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support the Assessment and Referral Department. You will handle clerical tasks, maintain admissions documents, inventory patient belongings, process consent forms and admission paperwork.

Shifts include 12-hour rotations, both days and nights, FT/PT/PRN, with every-other weekend. The role involves communicating with families, patients, or referrals, handling referral calls, and assisting other units as needed.
