SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team. This person will have a key role within the organization as the first point of contact for our patients. The Intake Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be the timely intake of new patient referrals. This person will ensure that all insurance verifications/prior authorizations are completed, and all documentation and data and completed and entered in an accurate manner.
