Job summary

Colorado Women's Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Denver, CO. This in-person role invites a warm, organized professional to guide women toward appropriate clinicians and coordinate scheduling with our care team.

You will be the first voice for clients, ensuring compassionate, confidential service and accurate record-keeping across our EHR/CRM systems while collaborating with the Intake and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or mental health intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using EHR/EMR and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and text.
• Listen with empathy and guide clients in selecting the best clinician for their needs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments using client management systems.
• Maintain accurate client information and billing details in electronic health systems.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately in all interactions.
• Collaborate with Intake and Operations teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support the Longmont office, including property management and day-to-day operational needs.

Description

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first voice that many women hear when they take the courageous step toward therapy. Your role is to compassionately listen, support, and help match each client with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs. This is a phone-based, client-facing role where you'll work independently while being deeply connected to a supportive, mission-driven team.

This position's primary place of work is located at our beautiful location in the heart of Denver, Colorado. You will love coming to work at this historic building in one of Denver's most dynamic and exciting neighborhoods on Platte Street between Union Station and Lower Highlands. The location provides convenient access whether you walk, drive, bike, or scooter and it's within walking distance to the best restaurants and urban amenities that Denver has to offer!

What You'll Do

Qualifications

1) One of the following:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or mental health intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales; or
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

2) Proficiency with Google Workspace

3) Experience using EHR/EMR and CRM systems

Note: Previous experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or wellness intake setting is a plus!
