Responsibilities:
We're looking for an exceptional person to become our next Patient Financial Coordinator — someone who loves working with people, enjoys creating organized systems, and wants to build a long-term career making a meaningful difference.
This is NOT simply an administrative position.
You'll become an essential part of helping people begin and continue care that has the potential to change their lives. You'll help remove financial barriers, create outstanding patient experiences, and contribute to a team that is deeply committed to serving our community.
You'll be fielding incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling customer service requests, conducting patient intake procedures and interviews, talking with people about their health and health goals, and helping them enroll in care plans that will assist them in healing and creating the lives they really want. You'll also be communicating and interacting with the doctors and the other members of the team.
So, of course, you are energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, and a team player. If you are able to interact comfortably with people, you can receive training that will make you extremely proficient in your communication.
Because everything in the office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital.
