Job summary

Help at Home is hiring an Intake Client Associate to build and nurture client relationships and manage referrals, coordinating intake processes and supporting start-of-service activities.

You will partner with case managers, recruiters, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth admissions and continuous development, leveraging Salesforce and Microsoft Office dashboards. This role requires a high school diploma and 2 years in client services.

Qualifications

• Two years in client services or a related intake role.
• Healthcare sales experience and Medicaid/waiver/home health exposure preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with distribution partners and referral sources is a plus.
• Experience as a manager or team leader is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth.
• Represent Help at Home within the community to boost brand awareness and support strategic business development initiatives.
• Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and referral source management.
• Acquire, retain, and monitor relationships with Case Managers to meet goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the database with all sales activities.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of Intake Client Associates.
