Job summary

Help at Home in Annapolis, MD is hiring an Intake Client Associate to build strong relationships with clients and referral sources, ensure timely admissions, and support seamless onboarding of home care services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years in client services with intake focus; healthcare sales preferred.
• Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to drive account growth.
• Act as a representative for Help at Home within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
• Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management.
• Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
• Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the database with all sales activities.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and development of Intake Client Associates.
