Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an intake and care portal support specialist in Ohio to manage member intake and care portal operations. You will monitor the intake support center daily and ensure stakeholders and members have access to relevant care coordination information.

The role includes triaging member inquiries, coordinating with care management entities and external providers, facilitating referrals, and supporting population health initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in care management, utilization management, behavioral health, or a managed care setting.
• LPN/LVN licensure and active unrestricted license if required by state contract or regulation.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Home office with high‑speed internet connectivity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the intake support center and care coordination portal daily.
• Ensure stakeholders and members can access pertinent care coordination information.
• Address member inquiries with timely triage to appropriate departments.
• Serve as a point of contact to external care entities and members.
• Facilitate member referrals as needed.
• Attend portal training and related updates.
