Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage intake specialists and team leads; enforce KPIs across the intake operation.
• Develop retainers on first call and optimize sign-on rates.
• Oversee Salesforce/Litify, telephony, and AI QA tools for efficiency; monitor ROI and trends.
