Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is hiring an Intake Attorney to guide prospective clients from first contact to informed decisions about retention. This on-site role sits in our Case Control Center, supporting attorneys nationwide and ensuring a smooth intake process.

You will assess potential cases, provide clear legal guidance, and help convert inquiries into clients while upholding the firm’s mission of being For The People.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of a state Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years experience managing a high-volume caseload or intake pipeline (50+ matters) within a firm.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Litify, or comparable intake/case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients to provide attorney-level reassurance and help them decide to retain our firm.
• Establish credibility quickly; your legal knowledge and professionalism influence whether a caller becomes a client.
• Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers within your queue with timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate with Contact Center leadership, managing partners, and attorneys nationwide to ensure smooth case onboarding.
• Document conversations and case assessments accurately in the intake system.
• Collaborate with the Under Review team to evaluate initial merits and advise on next steps, including reviewing police reports and early materials.
