Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Las Vegas is seeking an Intake Attorney to evaluate potential personal injury cases and guide anxious callers toward informed decisions.

You will work within the Case Control Center, advising callers with clarity and authoritative legal judgment, joining attorneys and leadership to shape early client interactions. This on-site, full-time role requires JD and active bar status, with opportunity to influence nationwide client onboarding and case assessments while

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Experience managing a high-volume intake or case-acceptance process.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and reassure callers.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients to provide attorney-level reassurance before signing.
• Establish credibility quickly and determine whether callers become clients.
• Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers with professional communication.
• Coordinate with leadership and attorneys nationwide to onboard cases.
• Document conversations and assessments accurately in the intake system.
• Evaluate initial merits of potential personal injury cases and advise next steps.
