Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an Intake Attorney to convert anxious callers into confident clients through clear guidance, legal judgment, and reassurance. You’ll work in our Case Control Center, supporting attorneys and leadership in shaping the client experience from the first conversation.

This non-court role focuses on evaluating potential cases, advising callers, and explaining why Morgan & Morgan is For The People, in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of a state Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years experience managing a high-volume intake pipeline (50+ matters) in a firm setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Litify, or comparable intake/case-management platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with prospective clients seeking attorney-level reassurance before signing.
• Establish credibility quickly; your legal knowledge and professionalism determine client conversion.
• Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers within your queue with timely communication.
• Coordinate with Center leadership, partners, and attorneys nationwide for smooth case onboarding.
• Document conversations and case assessments accurately in the intake system.
• Assist the Under Review team in evaluating initial merits of potential personal injury cases.
